How It Works

As your wheel rotates, the sealant coats the entire inner surface of the tyre. The moment a puncture occurs, micro-beads in the formula rush to the hole, build up, and seal it — all while you keep riding. It also seals slow leaks at the bead-to-rim interface and porous sidewall seeps, keeping your tyres firmer and more efficient between top-ups.

How Much to Use

Recommended sealant volume varies by tyre size — typically more for MTB tyres than road. Shake well before use, remove the valve core, inject the recommended amount, refit the core, and inflate. Top up every 2–3 months as the sealant gradually dries out, sooner in hot, dry conditions.

Order is usually dispatched in 1-2 days of placing the order, Delivery can take between 3-7 days depending on the delivery location. You can easily track the order by viewing the link that is shared with you after placing the order.

Returns

We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date of delivery of your order to request for a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. The product must be unused with no damage, tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@thenacstore.com or +91 99875 97589. Our Team will then review the images and videos sent by you and once approved, we will arrange for a return, as well as send instructions on how to pack your product and also the date of the pickup. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. After receiving the product at our warehouse, we will inspect the product. On approval of inspection, we aim to initiate the refund between 3 to 7 business days. 

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@thenacstore.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Custom products such as special orders or personalized items are not eligible for a return. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about any of these specific products. 

Refunds: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we shall notify you and let you know if the product was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it may take some time for your bank to process and reflect the refund back into your bank account

Will it work on my tubeless setup?
Yes. Instant Seal is formulated for tubeless tyres on road bikes, MTBs, gravel bikes, and hybrid cycles. It seals punctures up to 3-4mm in tread instantly while you ride, preventing the need to stop and patch.
How long does the sealant last inside the tyre?
Typically 3-6 months depending on climate. In hot, dry conditions like Delhi summer, top up every 3 months; in cooler or humid regions, every 6 months works well. Always check before long rides.
Can I use it with tubes?
It's designed for tubeless tyres, but it can also be used inside inner tubes via the valve (after removing the valve core) to provide puncture protection on tube setups as well.
How much tyre sealant do I need per tyre?
As a general rule, 60–90ml per MTB tyre and 30–60ml per road tyre depending on width. Top up every few months as the sealant gradually dries inside the tyre — faster in hot Indian summers.
What size punctures can tubeless sealant actually fix?
Instant Seal handles punctures up to around 4mm — thorns, glass shards, and small nails, the most common Indian road hazards. Larger cuts and sidewall tears need a tubeless plug or a backup tube.
