Installation

Installation instructions

Front fender

Step 1: Run the zip ties through the holes in the vertical orientation
Step 2: Place the fender below the fork bridge
Step 3: Fasten the zip ties, start from the fork bridge to ensure the fender is centred then move to the fork side 
Step 4: once in place cut off the excess of the zip ties

Rear fender

Step 1: Run the zip ties through the holes 
Step 2: Place the fender between the seat stays and wheel
Step 3: Fasten the zip ties at the seat stay and then adjust the angle then fasten the holes at the seat tube
Step 4: once in place cut off the excess of the zip ties

Things to keep in mind during installation

• Ensure that the zip ties are facing the right direction before installation
• Frame is clean before installation
• There is enough clearance for the wheel to move freely
• This fender might not be suitable with V break setup

Shipping

Order is usually dispatched in 1-2 days of placing the order, Delivery can take between 3-7 days depending on the delivery location. You can easily track the order by viewing the link that is shared with you after placing the order.

Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after the date of delivery of your order to request for a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, it should be unused with no damage, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@thenacstore.com or +91 99875 97589. If your return is approved after viewing the images and videos sent by you, we will arrange for a return, as well send instructions on how to pack your product and when the pick up will take place. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. After receiving the product at our warehouse we will inspect the product. On approval of inspection, we will begin the refund process.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Warranty

The warranty period for this product is 6 Months from the date of delivery. If your product is still under warranty, we will replace or repair your product depending on its condition, write to us at support@thenacstore.com or WhatsApp us at +91 99875 97589 to register a claim by sending us a video of the damaged or defective product along with the proof of purchase. After reviewing the images and videos we will get back to you as soon as possible with a resolution.
