How to Use

  1. Brush or shake off any heavy mud or loose debris before washing.
  2. Spray Flow Shine Waterless Wash over one section at a time and let it dwell for 15–20 seconds.
  3. Wipe with the Flow Microfiber Cloth in long, straight strokes, refolding to a clean section as it picks up dirt.
  4. Before lubricating or polishing near the wheels, fit the Disc Cover Pro over each rotor to block overspray.
  5. If a rotor does get contaminated, spray it with Rotor X Brake Cleaner, wait 30 seconds, wipe clean with a fresh microfiber cloth, and let it air-dry before riding.

Application

You can start by mixing 50-70ml of waterless wash concentrate with 400ml of water in the spray bottle and mix. Adjust the spray nozzle as per your requirement and spray directly onto the bike’s frame. Let the wash soften the dirt for 2-3 minutes and then wipe it off using a microfiber cloth. Use Rotor X brake Cleaner after the waterless wash, Just spray on the disc or rim of your brake and wipe it with a clean cloth.

Warranty

The warranty period for this product is 6 Months from the date of delivery. If your product is still under warranty, we will replace or repair your product depending on its condition. Returns

We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date of delivery of your order to request for a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. The product must be unused with no damage, tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@thenacstore.com or +91 99875 97589. Our Team will then review the images and videos sent by you and once approved, we will arrange for a return, as well as send instructions on how to pack your product and also the date of the pickup. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. After receiving the product at our warehouse, we will inspect the product. On approval of inspection, we aim to initiate the refund between 3 to 7 business days. 

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@thenacstore.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
