The secret to Flow Shine's scratch-free cleaning is its high-lubricity encapsulation formula. Rather than simply dissolving dirt and hoping it doesn't scratch as you wipe, the formula wraps each dirt particle in a lubricated film that lifts it cleanly off the surface, so the microfiber cloth glides over the paintwork without dragging abrasive grit across it. The result is a safe, streak-free, scratch-free clean on every surface — from delicate matte carbon frames to polished metal components. The light protective film left behind also helps repel fresh dust, keeping your bike noticeably cleaner for longer than a plain water wash.

Ultra-Concentrate Refill — ₹599:

  • 1 × 300ml Flow Shine Ultra-Concentrate bottle. Dilute with water (1:4) to produce up to 60–70 washes worth of cleaning solution.

Recommended accessory: NAC Flow Microfiber Cleaning Cloth (sold separately) for a scratch-free, streak-free wipe every time.

How to Use

Ready-to-Use (500ml RTU):

  1. If the frame has heavy mud or loose debris, brush or shake it off first to avoid dragging coarse particles across the paint.
  2. Set the nozzle to spray and apply Flow Shine evenly across one panel or section at a time, rather than the whole bike at once.
  3. Allow the formula to dwell for 15–20 seconds to encapsulate the dirt.
  4. Using a clean NAC Flow Microfiber Cloth, wipe in long, straight strokes — not circular motions. Refold to a clean section as it picks up dirt.
  5. Buff with a fresh, dry section of the cloth for a streak-free shine.
  6. Repeat across all frame surfaces, fork legs, handlebars, saddle, and any other areas needing attention.

Ultra-Concentrate (300ml):

  1. Mix the concentrate with clean water at the 1:4 dilution ratio in a clean spray bottle.
  2. Shake well before each use to ensure even mixing.
  3. Follow the same spray, dwell, and wipe process as the RTU above.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Shake the RTU bottle before each use as settling may occur.

Order is usually dispatched in 1-2 days of placing the order, Delivery can take between 3-7 days depending on the delivery location. You can easily track the order by viewing the link that is shared with you after placing the order.

Warranty

Returns

We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date of delivery of your order to request for a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. The product must be unused with no damage, tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@thenacstore.com or +91 99875 97589. Our Team will then review the images and videos sent by you and once approved, we will arrange for a return, as well as send instructions on how to pack your product and also the date of the pickup. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. After receiving the product at our warehouse, we will inspect the product. On approval of inspection, we aim to initiate the refund between 3 to 7 business days. 

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@thenacstore.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Custom products such as special orders or personalized items are not eligible for a return. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about any of these specific products. 

Refunds: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we shall notify you and let you know if the product was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it may take some time for your bank to process and reflect the refund back into your bank account
