Order is usually dispatched in 1-2 days of placing the order, Delivery can take between 3-7 days depending on the delivery location. You can easily track the order by viewing the link that is shared with you after placing the order.

Warranty

The warranty period for this product is 6 Months from the date of delivery. If your product is still under warranty, we will replace or repair your product depending on its condition, write to us at support@thenacstore.com or WhatsApp us at +91 99875 97589 to register a claim by sending us a video of the damaged or defective product along with the proof of purchase. Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after the date of delivery of your order to request for a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, it should be unused with no damage, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@thenacstore.com or +91 99875 97589. If your return is approved after viewing the images and videos sent by you, we will arrange for a return, as well send instructions on how to pack your product and when the pick up will take place. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. After receiving the product at our warehouse we will inspect the product. On approval of inspection we will begin the refund process. 

  • Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund  .

Yes. The Domus is sized to fit MTBs (including wide handlebars and 29-inch wheels), road bikes, gravel bikes, and hybrid cycles up to 29-inch wheels.
Is it truly waterproof for outdoor storage?
Yes. The heavy-duty PU-coated fabric repels rain, dust, and pollen during outdoor or balcony storage. For extreme storm conditions, indoor or garage storage is always preferable.
Will my bike sweat or rust inside it?
No. The Domus has breathable ventilation panels that allow air circulation, preventing internal condensation and humidity buildup that could cause rust on chains and components.
Is it safe to park a bicycle outside on a balcony in India?
With a proper cover, yes. The two threats — monsoon moisture and UV — are exactly what the Domus blocks: PU-coated waterproof fabric plus an anti-UV layer. Uncovered, a balcony bike deteriorates within a season.
Will the cycle cover blow off in strong wind?
