Shipping, Returns and Warranty

Shipping

Order is usually dispatched in 1-2 days of placing the order, Delivery can take between 3-7 days depending on the delivery location. You can easily track the order by viewing the link that is shared with you after placing the order.

Warranty

The warranty period for this product is 6 Months from the date of delivery. If your product is still under warranty, we will replace or repair your product depending on its condition, write to us at support@thenacstore.com or WhatsApp us at +91 99875 97589 to register a claim by sending us a video of the damaged or defective product along with the proof of purchase. Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after the date of delivery of your order to request for a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, it should be unused with no damage, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@thenacstore.com or +91 99875 97589. If your return is approved after viewing the images and videos sent by you, we will arrange for a return, as well send instructions on how to pack your product and when the pick up will take place. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. After receiving the product at our warehouse we will inspect the product. On approval of inspection we will begin the refund process. 

  • Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
  • Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund  .

Will this fit my bike?

How long does the protection film last?
With proper installation, the PPF lasts 2-3 years of daily use, including monsoon riding, sun exposure, and regular cleaning. It can be removed cleanly when replacing without damaging the original paint.
Will the film yellow or peel over time?
No. The clear PPF uses anti-yellowing UV-stable material that stays clear and won't peel or lift at the edges under India's sun, heat, and humidity for the rated lifespan.
Can I install bike PPF myself, or do I need a professional?
The Essential kit is built for DIY — pre-cut pieces mean no measuring or trimming. Clean the frame, peel, position, and smooth out the bubbles. Most riders finish in 30–45 minutes with no professional tools.
Does paint protection film work on matte-finish bike frames?
Yes — choose the matte version of the film so it preserves the non-reflective finish invisibly. Gloss film on matte paint creates shiny patches, so matching the finish matters. NAC offers both gloss and matte options, but the Matte option is only available for the 360 version.
