The Chainstay Protector Air is engineered to eliminate chain slap and protect your frame's paint, letting you focus entirely on the trail ahead. Aggressive descents and rough, technical terrain shouldn't sound like a toolbox falling down the stairs. We designed this protector specifically for riders who want a silent ride, no matter how choppy the route gets.

The core of this protector features specially designed 8mm tall air pockets. These act as pneumatic shock absorbers, catching the chain on impact and completely deadening the sound of chain slap. Beyond noise reduction, the thick, durable material acts as a barrier against chain grease, rock strikes, and heavy chain impacts that can chip your paint or damage carbon and aluminum frames. Built to withstand the harsh conditions of downhill, enduro, and aggressive trail riding. Designed to blend seamlessly with your bike's geometry without looking bulky, keeping your setup looking clean.

Installation

Average installation time 10-15 minutes, Installation of  the Chain stay protector doesn’t require special tools or procedures

Installation instructions
Step 1: Ensure that the Chainstay is clean and has no dirt, oil, water or grease before installation.
Step 2: Peel off the white transfer paper carefully as the gum can be soft before installation.
Step 3: Apply pressure after installation even from the sides.
Step 4: Carefully fasten the zip ties to secure the chainstay in place, You can remove the zip ties after 2 weeks

Things to keep in mind before installation

  • Be careful while removing the transfer paper during installation, the gum is soft as it is meant to adapt to your bike frame.
  • Make minimal contact with the gum as frequent contact with the gum before installation and reduce the gums effectiveness.

Shipping

Order is usually dispatched in 1-2 days of placing the order, Delivery can take between 3-7 days depending on the delivery location. You can easily track the order by viewing the link that is shared with you after placing the order.

Warranty

The warranty period for this product is 6 Months from the date of delivery. If your product is still under warranty, we will replace or repair your product depending on its condition, write to us at support@thenacstore.com or WhatsApp us at +91 99875 97589 to register a claim by sending us a video of the damaged or defective product along with the proof of purchase. Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after the date of delivery of your order to request for a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, it should be unused with no damage, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@thenacstore.com or +91 99875 97589. If your return is approved after viewing the images and videos sent by you, we will arrange for a return, as well send instructions on how to pack your product and when the pick up will take place. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. After receiving the product at our warehouse we will inspect the product. On approval of inspection we will begin the refund process. 

  • Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
  • Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund  .

Will it fit on all types of bikes?

The design is universal and it can easy adapt to many shapes, you can use it for Road bikes, MTBs or Hybrid bikes without any issues.

If paint is chipping off your chainstay, ensure that the surface is smooth before installation.

Yes, it will not be affected by water, but try keeping it away from strong detergents and soaps.
