Installation instructions
Rear fender
Step 1: Attach the longer supports with the rear (longer) fender and the shorter ones with the front fender (smaller)
Step 2: Place the rear fender on the seat stays to find out the perfect position, you can adjust the height of the supports by twisting the red crown. Once the position is set place, stick the rubber pads on the frame where the base of the support is going to go.
Step 3: Fasten the support using the zip ties
Step 4: once in place cut off the excess of the zip ties
Front fender: follow the same instructions as for the rear one, but on the forks
Things to keep in mind during installation
Ensure that the zip ties are facing the right direction before installation
Frame is clean before installation
There is enough clearance for the wheel to move freely

Order is usually dispatched in 1-2 days of placing the order, Delivery can take between 3-7 days depending on the delivery location. You can easily track the order by viewing the link that is shared with you after placing the order.
Warranty
The warranty period for this product is 6 Months from the date of delivery. If your product is still under warranty, we will replace or repair your product depending on its condition, write to us at support@thenacstore.com or WhatsApp us at +91 99875 97589 to register a claim by sending us a video of the damaged or defective product along with the proof of purchase. Returns
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after the date of delivery of your order to request for a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, it should be unused with no damage, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@thenacstore.com or +91 99875 97589. If your return is approved after viewing the images and videos sent by you, we will arrange for a return, as well send instructions on how to pack your product and when the pick up will take place. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. After receiving the product at our warehouse we will inspect the product. On approval of inspection we will begin the refund process.
- Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
