How do I track my order?

What if I am not at home when the package arrives?

Our delivery partner will try to contact you before delivering your product, if not at home you can instruct them to reschedule the delivery to another day.

How much time does it take to deliver the product?

Usually, it takes 5-7 working days from the day the order is place.

Am i eligible for get free delivery?

If your cart value is over rupees INR 899 then you are eligible for free delivery. (Only applicable for prepaid orders)

RETURNS

How do I return a product?

It is super easy, just WhatsAap us the video of the product with the issue if there are any at +91 99875 97589 or call us regarding the issue. we will reach back to you as soon as possible.

How many days do i have to return my product?

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice or proof of purchase.

If your product is damaged or defective you have 6 months of warranty from the date of delivery.

What are the conditions of return?

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What if my product is faulty incorrect or damaged?

You are eligible for an exchange if the product is damaged, defective, or not functiooning properly. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUND

I have not yet received my refund, how long does it take?

It takes about 7-10 working days to initiate the refund after the product is inspected and approved, if it has been over 15 days since you returned the product, please send us a mail at support@thenacstore.com and we will get in touch with you.

How will I receive the refund?

The amount will automatically be refunded by your original payment method. (in case of cash on delivery the refund will be transfered to your bank account )Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The refund will be transferred to your bank account in 15 working days after the product has been received at the warehouse.

PAYMENTS

Can I Pay Using UPI

Yes, we do accept UPI payments, you can select the UPI payment option during checkout.

Is cash on delivery (COD) available?

Yes cash on delivery is an available option, You can select the "Cash On Delivery" option while placing your order.

I am unable to process the payment

This it could be a server problem, you can retry after some time or contact us at support@thenacstore.com and place the order.
