1. Ensure that the Downtube is clean and has no dirt, oil, water or grease before installation
2. Peel off the red transfer paper carefully as the gum can be soft before installation 
3. Apply pressure after installation even from the sides
4. Ensure to make necessary cuts for your internal cable routing holes before removing the transfer paper 

 Note: Be careful while removing the transfer paper during installation, the gum is soft as it is meant to adapt to your bike frame.
