Mizoram MTB Downhill

The 2024 Mizoram MTB Downhill Championship was a thrilling and technically demanding race that drew adrenaline-seekers from all over the state. Mizoram, a state in northeastern India, is known for its challenging terrain and slopes. This race takes full advantage of Mizoram's unique topography, offering an exhilarating experience for participants who navigate the extreme elevation changes. The championship takes place on the Ridgeline Trail in Sakawrhmuituai, under the jurisdiction of Lungdai Village in the Kolasib district. Located about 30 kilometers from Aizawl, this venue is renowned for its steep slopes and technical features. Cyclists face tight switchbacks, pump sections, table tops, wooden berms, and numerous ramps, making this race a true test of skill and endurance. With a slope gradient of over -11% over a distance of 1.12 kilometers, the course promises high-speed descents and heart-pounding action. MudFest XCO
